Inferno HIIT is a challenging, full body, low impact “High Intensity Interval Training” workout using Pilates principles. Classes are in a room heated to 40˚c and 40% humidity. Inferno HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels. All classes last for a period of 60 minutes.
