Building Entry
Hot Yoga Essex is located above Robert Dyas in Loughton High Road. The entrance is at the rear of the building.
Parking
Onsite Parking: There is parking directly outside the studio entrance in a small NCP car park and additionoal parking in the nearby area.
Please note that the parking in the NCP car park requires the NCP mobile app to make payment.
Parking 1: The Drive (IG10 1HB)
Opposite the road entrance of Hot Yoga Essex there is an Epping Forest District Council car park.

Parking 2: Loughton Leisure Centre (IG10 1HD)
This car park is a 1 minute walk away. If you head Northeast (Hot Yoga Essex/ Robert Dyas is on your left), take your second right on to Traps Hill and it is the next right. Once parked, there is an alley way (Gould’s Alley) to the left of the Leisure Centre which will bring you to the traffic lights outside the studio.

Parking 3: High Road (IG10 1AH)
There is free parking opposite the front entrance of Morrison’s (in front of the parade of shops) and around the housing areas. However, please be aware there are parking restrictions and you will be fined if you are not parked correctly.
Parking 4: Cliffton Road (IG10 1EA)
This car park is situated behind the High Road shops to the right of the studio. The entrance is on Cliffton Road. Head South West on to the High road, take the first right at the Police Station and then the first right on to Cliffton Road. The car park entrance is at the end of the road on your right. You are able to walk through the alley located to the right of the car park and this will take you through to the High Road. At the end of the alley turn left towards Robert Dyas.
Directions- Bus
20: The 20 bus travels from Walthamstow Central, through Loughton station and the High Road and terminates at Debden Station. Nearest available stop is before the studio outside Wimpy or after outside the front entrance of Morrisons (both 1 minute walk).
N.B- If you are travelling in the opposite direction the nearest bus stops will be opposite Morrisons and outside Barclays Bank.
167: The 167 bus travels from Ilford, through Loughton Station and the High Road and also terminates at Debden Station. Nearest available stop is before the studio outside Wimpy or after outside the front entrance of Morrisons (both 1 minute walk).
N.B- If you are travelling in the opposite direction the nearest bus stops will be opposite Morrisons and outside Barclays Bank.
Directions- Tube
Loughton Station is situated on the Central Line. It is approximately 25 minutes from Liverpool Street station. We are a ten minute walk, 4 minute bus journey and a 2 minute car journey from the station.
Directions- On Foot
We are a 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk from Loughton Station. Exit the station and head north-west. Turn right toward Old Station Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Old Station Road. Turn right on to Old Station Road. Turn right onto High Road (A121).
Or exit the station and head north-west. At the roundabout take the 1st exit on to Old Station Road. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit on to High Road (A121).
For both routes if you continue to walk straight through the High Road, the studio will be on your left, above Robert Dyas.
Directions- Taxi
A taxi station, “Sadlers Taxis”, is situated at Loughton Station and the cost from the station to the studio is minimum fair and during peak hours there may be a wait.
