Timetable and Booking
Please book into our studio and online classes below. Classes start promptly at the advertised times. Please make sure you sign up for a class at least half an hour before it starts.
Online Booking Help
How to register for a live online class
- Sign into a class via our website or the Mindbody app and book a space on your chosen class.
- If you do not have an account, please create an account with us via our website. Please check the email address you use is correct as this is where we will be sending you the unique link to join the class.
- You will need to download an app called zoom onto your smartphone, laptop or tablet to be able to see the classes. Creating a zoom account is easy. Either download the app or click here for the Zoom website and select sign up for free.
- 30 mins before the class we will send you an email with the link to access the class.
- You will need to join the class at least 5 mins before the start of the class.
Notes about online class booking
- Please check your email ‘junk’ folder in case the invite doesn’t make it to your inbox.
- You MUST pre-book classes at least 30 minutes prior to class starting otherwise you will not receive the link to join the class.
- You do need to download the zoom app but you don’t need to create an account.
- When you join the class your microphone will be muted. You will be able to hear the teacher.
- You do need to turn your video and sound on to be able to see and hear the teacher. There’s an option for doing this in the bottom left of the screen.
- The teacher will join the class a couple of mins before the class starts – you will see a holding page until they are in the class.
- Please do join promptly as you won’t be able to join the class once the teacher has started. They will be busy teaching and unable to adjust the meeting settings to let you in!
