Emma discovered yoga in 2002 at the age of 17 and totally fell in love with the practice. After years of practicing, she completed her yoga teacher training with Trimurti in India in 2014 and went on to train in Chakra Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea. Emma’s love for inversions and arm balances then led her to complete her Fit Flow Fly advanced 500RYT training in 2018 with Bryce Yoga School and Yoga Beyond.
