Michele has been in health and fitness her whole life. Starting with dance as a young child, she has since dedicated herself to continuously develop her understanding of the principles of health and wellness at every level.
After competing for GB in a gymnastic sport, reaching British and European golds, and then judging at a world head judge level for 8 years, Michele moved her attention to facilitating a healthy body and mind through the yoga journey.
She now teaches a variety of yoga, fitness and core based classes to ensure that no matter what your age… homeostasis of mind and body is the norm.
