Bernadine Pritchett Yoga Teacher

Since childhood, Bernadine has been an exercise freak.  Until 2016 when injury threw a curveball, Bernadine was an elite masters’ competitive runner having won World and European titles in her age group in middle distance events.  She soon transitioned to low-impact exercise including Bikram yoga, spinning, weights and Inferno Hot Pilates.  She caught the bug and in January 2018 trained to be an instructor.

Bernadine loves it because its high intensity and a challenge similar to the racing she once did, but without the impact that can cause injuries.

Inferno Hot Pilates is for everyone – it’s an all-level full-body workout.  The ‘bridges’ section of the class helps to activate and strengthen the glutes and is especially good for people who spend long periods of time sitting or driving because the glutes can switch off when sitting.  Strong glute muscles help to prevent back pain and promote good posture.  With consistent practice you’ll develop strong muscles and increased fitness and flexibility.

Expect challenge, variety, high energy and exhilaration in Bernadine’s classes.  Get ready to sweat and burn lots of calories!
